Cancellation Policy
Website consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.
