What counts as an update request?

An update request is one small, clearly defined change to an existing website, such as replacing text, changing an image, updating contact information, changing a button or link, or making a minor adjustment to an existing section.

Website Care does not include new pages, complete page redesigns, new functionality, e-commerce setup, booking systems, custom integrations, branding, extensive copywriting, or major structural changes. Project-level work is quoted separately.
